In 1979, as China’s industrial production entered a phase of rapid development, demand for tungsten powder as a raw material for cemented carbide increased significantly. Chen Feng’s research provided technical support for optimizing tungsten powder production, enhancing product quality. Despite limitations in technical conditions at the time, his findings were trialed in some smelting plants, reflecting the efforts of technicians in resource processing in the 1970s. It holds significant academic and practical value.
